Shipping and Returns




We use Australia Post for all our postage.

For all domestic orders under $85, postage is only $8 standard flat-rate shipping.

We offer free standard domestic postage for orders over $85.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days following your order confirmation. 

Once you have received an email notification that your order had been shipped, please allow another 3-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 7-10 days for regional areas.

Please note these delivery times are a guide and may vary. Please allow extra time over the Christmas period and allow for public holidays. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at



If you're not going to be around for a delivery or you don't want to wait for the postman then don't worry - we've got you covered!

With our Standard Delivery service you can take advantage of the Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Lockers. It's simple to use and gives you more flexibility when it comes to receiving your parcels.

Before you place your order, you'll need to register online with Australia Post who will send you a unique Australia Post Customer Number. You can then select a Parcel Locker location most convenient for you and Australia Post will send you your Parcel Locker address. Just use this address next time you're placing an order with us. It will be something like this:

You'll receive an SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection with a one-off access code. You'll need this code and either the last 5 digits of your Australia Post customer number or the mobile number that your parcel notification was sent to.

The parcel will be held at your locker for 48 hours but don't panic if you haven't collected it within the timeframe. Your parcel will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility offering parcel collections. You'll get an email with details of where your parcel can be collected from and the opening hours of the facility. You'll have 5 business days to collect the parcel before it is returned back to us.

Please note, Parcel Locker delivery is only available on our Standard Delivery service. If you select an Express service to a Parcel Locker, this will automatically be shipped on a Standard delivery service, however we won't be able to refund the difference in the delivery service charges.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept any returns. This is due to the perishable nature of our products.

However, if you have been sent the wrong order or you have received damaged/defect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can notify us by emailing us at We will evaluate each case and arrange an exchange if product is found defective.
